Blurred or double vision
Increased sensitivity to light
Pain in the neck, shoulders, or back

Here are some practical tips to reduce eye strain:
Sleep More. Did you know a healthy seven to eight hours of good rest will regenerate your eye functions and give you the healthy dosages of chemicals your body needs to regenerate.

Wear Glasses. 75% of Americans wear glasses or have some vision aid, but only 60% actually use their glasses. Not properly equipping your eyes with the needed eyewear can easily lead to eye fatigue sometimes to the order of 2-3 times faster.

Talk Briskly. Did you know talking with a close friend or family member is equivalent to drinking a cup of coffee. An encouraging conversation has been shown to stimulate immediate response and brain activity, although you must select the person carefully.
